Azov Shipyard is forced to begin layoff procedure

In connection with the early termination of lease of the Integral property complex SE "Azov Shiprepair Yard", the reason for which, as previously reported, was the Ruling of Donetsk Commercial Court of Appeal of Ukraine dated January 20, 2016, the shipyard begins the standard layoff procedure.

Guided by legislation of Ukraine in force, on the 26th of January, 2016 (three months before the supposed mass layoff), the trade Union organization of the enterprise was notified in writing.
A month after notification approval, starting from February 26, 2016 the management of "SRZ" Ltd sets directly to the procedure – against personal signature notification of workers, that on a phased manner since April 26, 2016, “SRZ”Ltd is forced to terminate the labor agreement with employees according to the staff schedule, with payments established by law.
