Azov Shipyard was visited by armed men in balaclavas again

On February 15, 2016 the representatives of police, prosecutor’s office and the security service, who arrived accompanied by armed men, "for the purpose of seizure of documents of "SRZ"Ltd”, confirming the activity not agreed with the lessor - the State Property Fund of Ukraine have conducted the next search at Azov shipyard.
It should be remained, that the fist search as well for the purpose of seizure of documents was conducted  
In the final search records as of 15th February it was noted that the order of the investigating judge dated 19.01.16 to conduct a search is inconsistent with requirements of the Criminal Procedure Code, concerning the content of judicial decisions. In particular, there is no information on the name of criminal proceedings, registration number and provision of law, the violation of which constitute grounds for conducting the procedural investigating actions in the form of search. Additionally, before conducting a search the participants of procedural actions were not acquainted with their rights and responsibilities, there were not provided the documents of the investigators and the Prosecutor.
During the search, additionally to the documents confirming relationships with the enterprises stated in the investigating judge order, there were seized other documents not related to the stated companies.
The statement of necessity to carry-out audio and video recording of procedural actions filed by "SRZ"LTD during the search was not considered and satisfied.
In violation of provisions of law, the participants of procedural actions conducted interrogations of employees of the company.
Currently on the Azov shipyard an inventory of fixed-capital assets is taken place, after which the property of the Integral property complex will be signed off to the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
We assure our partners that despite the actions of power structures, “SRZ” Ltd continues executing the contracts and fulfillment of obligations before the expiration of office term.
