Yard’s water area, which makes 110 000 sq.m. is reliably protected against rough sea. Eight berths of “SRZ” ltd with total extent 1,24 km are equipped with portal cranes of lifting capacity 8 - 40 tons and with all necessary power nets. The depth of each berth makes 8 meters. Yard’s water area adjoins the water area of Mariupol port and has common sea gates and approach channel.

                For purpose of grain cargo handling, berths No1 and No4 are equipped with special bunkers. Transshipment of fertilizers is carried out according to the schemes “ mineral carrier – bunker – barge - ship” and “mineral carrier – floating crane – ship”; grain transshipment is executed under the scheme “carriage - floating crane – ship”.
